PCS Issues

  1. Due to Over coding we stopping PCS1 Annottaion on PCS2.jape . i.e If Device/Approach missing all combinations for that code inserted in to the table.So we stoped that rule.

  2. New CIRS Project we are totally eliminating PCS3 Annotation. Present we have only two annotations available i.e. AbsoluteOP,DirectPCS.

In Cath Reports total document was not coming. The Important first 3 lines are missing that is left heart catheterization and Right heart catheterizations are some times missing.

In Biopsy Excision Procedure previously we are defaultly taken Open approach ,But present we are taking default approach is 'Via Natural or Artificial Opening Endoscopic' . and approach was handled in java side.

The PICC line codes coming from cath reports.these cath reports are coming little bit late, before that coders are coding these codes.KPAI pick these codes correctly.
